Family accomodation
21 students and 6 teachers will arrive in Czech Republic Students will be accommodated at the host families, teachers in a BB. The activities prepared by the Czech school are as follows and are expected to last 9 a.m. – 5/6 p.m.
Tuesday 10th May
Official Opening (8:30 – 9:30)

Students and teachers will meet at school in the classroom 4.AP at 8:30

Welcoming and opening speech by Mgr. Studýnková (school headteacher)

Welcoming concert (Mgr. Beranová and music section)
School tour (9:30 – 10:00)
Getting to know you activities (10:00 – 12:00) – 1st workshop

Programme organized by Mgr. Čecháčková in the school gym

Students will work to mixed (international teams)
Teachers meeting – coffee break (Headteacher´s office, 10:00 – 11:00)
Lunch in the school canteen (12:00 – 13:00)
Tour in Přerov (13:00 – 14:15) Students will take photos and videos of the most outstanding monuments for the development of the project.
Museum of Jan Amos Komensky (14:30 – 16:00)

Wednesday 11th May
Rožnov pod Radhoštěm – open-air museum

Travel by bus, meeting at school at 8:00 (bus leaves at 8:15)
Open-air museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm (9:30 – 11:30)

Students will take photos and videos for the development of the project.
Lunch: host families will prepare snacks, refreshement can be bought in the open-air museum
Pustevny – hiking (14:00 – 16:00) – bus transfer to Pustevny, walk in the countryside

Arrival in Přerov – 17:30
Dinner at families
Outdoor clothes and hiking shoes recommended
Thursday 12th May
Programme at school – Music day (8:30 – 12:00) – 2nd workshop

Students will meet at school at 8:30. The programme will be organized by music section (Mgr. Beranová, Mgr. Berka + Antonio)

Traditional dances, traditional music, music instruments
Teachers meeting (9:00 – 11:00)
Lunch in the school canteen – (12:00 – 13:00)
Bells manufacturing workshop (13:00 – 16:00)

Bus transport to Brodek u Přerova - a neighbouring village – to visit a bells manufacturing workshop (students meet in front of school at 13:00, bus leaves at 13:10)

Guided tour 13:30 – 15:00

Bus transport back to Přerov (15:00 – 15:30)
The visit to the bells manufacturing workshop is organized only for Italian and Spanish students and teachers. The place is small and cannot hold all 50 project participants. Czech host students will pick up their guests at school at 15:30.

Folklore workshop (8:30 – 12:00) – 3rd workshop

Students will meet at school in the classroom 4AP at 8:30.

Lunch in the school canteen – (12:00 – 12:45)
Olomouc – UNESCO World Heritage City

students will meet at school at 12:45, bus transfer to Olomouc

Guided tour in the city centre (14:00 – 16:00)

Saturday 14th May
Helfštýn (9:00 – 14:00)

Students will meet at school at 9 am, bus transfer to Helfštýn castle

Guided tour in Helfštýn (10:00 – 12:00)

Price: 3 euros per person

Lunch – host families will prepare snacks. Refreshement can be bought at the castle.

Bus transfer to Přerov (13:00 – 14:00)

Free afternoon, dinner at host families
